The following terms and conditions apply throughout all the stages of the " www.hardwarezone.com® Survey 2009" (hereinafter referred to as the “Survey”) and is organized by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd.
Qualifying Period
The survey is open to public from June 24, 2009 and closes on July 31, 2009 1159pm (GMT+08:00).
The Prizes
- 4D/3N stay in Nalina Grand Suite at Alpina Phuket Nalina Resort & Spa, Phuket. Includes daily buffet breakfast for two, courtesy of Wotif.com, worth S$2,500!
- 4D/3N stay in Duplex Suite at Meliá Bali Villas & Spa Resort, Bali. Includes daily Buffet Breakfast for two at El Patio Restaurant, courtesy of Wotif.com, worth $2,500!
- Holiday package is not inclusive of air tickets.
1. Eligibility for the Survey
1.1 The survey is open to all, regardless of age, nationality and country of origin.
1.2 All participants are required to fill in their personal particulars (name, e-mail, country, gender, age) to facilitate both demographics data collation and for prize dissemination should the participants be selected winner. All invalid or incomplete details will be disqualified without further notice.
1.3 All survey questions are to be completed, failing which the submission will be disqualified.
1.4 Participant is allowed to enter once with completed survey. (One entry per participant.) Duplicate submissions are not recognized for prize eligibility
1.5 Employees of SPH Magazines Pte Ltd and their affiliated and subsidiary companies are not eligible to participate in this survey.
1.6 False or deceptive entries and/or submissions will be rejected at discretion of the organiser.
1.7 Each participant shall make full and honest disclosure of particulars as requested in the Contest. Any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars may result in disqualification, forfeiture or withdrawal of any prize won in the organizer's sole discretion.
2. Announcement of Results
2.1 Winners Announcement will be made on 1st week of August, 2009 on http://www.hardwarezone.com/winner/. All winners will be notified by phone and/or email for prize collection.
3. Contest Winners
3.1 Each participant (with a valid e-mail contact) is entitled for only one complete submission
3.2 Winners will be selected by lucky draw and award with respective set of prizes, regardless of residing country.
3.3 The winners must provide valid e-mail contact and personal particulars to facilitate prize collection.
3.4 The appointed judges of SPH Magazines Pte Ltd are responsible for selection of winners and all decisions are final. No appeals or reconsiderations shall be entertained for whatsoever reason.
4. Prize Collection
4.1 All winners will be notified on the method of prize collection after the results are posted.
4.2 All winners must provide either passport or identity card for verification purposes for prize collection.
4.3 Prizes not collected within 1 month from date of notification will be forfeited.
4.4 All prizes are to be taken as is and SPH Magazines Pte Ltd or the manufacturer of the time is not responsible for warranty or after sales support for these items. All prizes were verified to be of working state prior to handing over to the winners.
5. General
5.1 SPH Magazines Pte Ltd or the origin of issuer will not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of Internet entries.
5.2 In the event the winners cannot be contacted at the e-mail address indicated on the entry form, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at the discretion of the contest organizers.
5.3 By participating in the Survey, participant agrees that SPH Magazines Pte Ltd, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.4 The contest organizers reserves the right to substitute, vary or alter any of the prizes offered.
5.5 The organizers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Contest at any time without prior notification.
5.6 SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notification.
Non-compliance or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions shall immediately disqualify the participant from the Contest and further participation in any other contest organized by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd.
