Phone Died When I Needed It The Most
Just got home from the hospital. My grandpa had a heart attack early this morning and my grandma couldn’t get through my handphone.
It was unexpected that I received the message from my brother online and I rushed down the stairs immediately with my phone to find my grandma trying to call me on the phone. My maid could have just ran up to call me at my door in times of emergency like this! Too blur to save a life. My phone did not even ring! Sigh, my grandma must be upset. I just grabbed whatever I have to and hopped on the ambulance.
The ambulance driver had a terrible attitude. I couldn’t be bothered to argue with him when he was so rude to me. I was worried that my dad and uncle couldn’t reach me on my phone.
Hours before this happened, I actually called up my service provider to check on my phone line status and their servers were down. I restarted my phone in the hospital and it suddenly became low batt. Phone just have to fail when I needed it the most. I wished I had a charger with me.
Now my grandpa is going through a procedure to check his heart before he gets admitted to ICU. He just had a heart op recently. Now he is in great pain again.
I hope he’ll pull it through.
