I’ve noticed that the people that I hang out with are rather geeky in nature, we always discuss on the latest gadgets and go places where we can get our gadget fix. In Singapore there are a couple of places where we can browse and potentially buy new “toys” as we term it.

For starters we like browsing around Funan Center near City Hall MRT station, here you can find a wide variety of shops selling all sorts of equipment and gadgets for your computing needs.

When I need a bargain I head to Sim Lim Square, where of course assembling a custom made PC is a service made available by the shops there.

Other then such places we also at times check out the Nokia shops to see what are the latest handsets that are available, I do remember when the N95 was launched, we went to check out the phone and what it had to offer.
