What do you know about coffee?
Last evening my company organized a talk with Starbucks to share with us what goes into a cup of their freshly brewed coffee. So they introduced to us to coffee tasting and their organisation. Sharing with us their mission statements and their 5 “Be-s”, this has enabled them to provide great service through out their many outlets around Singapore.
Coffee like wine requires slurping and smelling the aromas from the drink. Coffee like wine an also be paired with food to bring out its flavors, so I had their house blend and chocolate cake which really did bring out the taste of the cake.
With newly equipped knowledge, I think I’ll go taste more coffees and experience the vast coffee flavors available.
