These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all parts of the Nokia E71 Trial (“Trial”).

By his/her participation, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility for the Trial
The Trial is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents.

Participants of the Trial must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or above as of the date of participation. All participants below twenty-one (21) years of age are required to obtain their parent’s or legal guardian's consent before they participate in the Trial.

Each participant shall make full and honest disclosure of particulars as requested in the Trial. Any misrepresentation of any facts or particulars may result in disqualification, forfeiture or withdrawal of Trial eligibility at Nokia Corporation's sole discretion.

All incomplete registrations will automatically be disqualified.

Employees of Nokia Corporation, their affiliated and subsidiary companies, its advertising/promotion agencies or other firms involved in the design or conducting of the Trial, their sales representatives, distributors, retailers, and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Trial.

Collection of Trial Sets
Shortlisted participants will be notified on the method of Trial set collection via e-mail. The Trial set must be collected within 3 working days of such notification or it will be deemed forfeited.

Shortlisted participants must furnish either his/her passport or identity card for verification purposes when collecting his/her Trial set.

General
The organisers will not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of internet entries. Shortlisted participants will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.

In the event shortlisted participants cannot be contacted at the e-mail address indicated on the registration form, the Trial set will be forfeited and loaned to an alternate shortlisted participant, at the discretion of the Trial organisers.

By participating in the Trial, the participant agrees that Nokia Corporation, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the Trial sets loaned herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any Trial set including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the Trial, the participant agrees that his/her name, likeness and particulars may be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as Nokia Corporation shall in its sole discretion deem fit.
By participating in the Trial, the participant confers and authorises HWZ and Nokia with full exclusive rights to his/her written testimonial content for the purposes of marketing, publicity related activities or advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as Nokia Corporation shall in its sole discretion deem fit, indefinitely.

The Trial organisers reserve the right to substitute, vary or alter any of the Trial set offered.

The organisers reserve the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Trial at any time without prior notification.

Nokia Corporation reserves the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Trial at any time without prior notification.

Non-compliance or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions shall immediately disqualify the participant from the Trial and further participation in any other contest organised by Nokia Corporation
