The outlook of this phone, inclusive of design, is not outstanding. In fact, from the back of the phone, it just looks like a typical Nokia candy bar phone. Nothing really distinguishes this phone from the back. However, I have to admit that I do loveeeeeee <3 the big screen that this Nokia phone has! Although the screen looks longish but still, the quality and colors of the interface is good!

Material wise and feel of the phone, unfortunately it feels quite “plastic”. It doesn’t really give an executive feel or look. Weight of the phone is light. Not as bulky or fat as my current N95. The other thing I like is that this phone camera is well protected behind the back cover of the phone.

One special feature of this phone is definitely the shortcut key to music and of course, the slide up key that enables me to lock my mobile phone. I feel that it is actually not so good to have a slide up key to lock and unlock. Based on experience, if I slide my phone down my jeans pocket, sometimes I will accidentally unlock the phone by mistake. Another feedback from my friend who used to have the other Nokia phone, the slide button tends to wear and tear quite easily.

The Nokia 5800 Comes with Music offers pretty decent sound quality, audible stereo speakers, WiFi connectivity, and a sizable display. The OS is easy to operate and simple to use, the user interface is smooth and fast in response. It is rather light weight for its size and do pack a lot of functions in.

I had a pleasant experience with the Nokia music trial. First and foremost the use interface was typically the Nokia style. It is very user friendly, even for a non Nokia user. Nothing complicated, just simple and easy. Not to forget there is also the music buffet available for music download. Other function such as Image browsing is smooth and reasonably fast. However the 3.2M pixel camera equipped with auto focus capabilities is unable to capture quality images. Quite a disappointment but not a major issue for me. The 3.5mm standard audio jack was a big plus point as I can plug in my favorite set of ear phone instead of being limited to the head set provided by the package.

There is however something that annoys me. The phone structure made the phone looks like a slider phone instead of monolith block. Almost everyone who played with the phone tried to ‘slide’ the top portion as tho it is a slide phone.
