    I would say that I have only scratched the surface when it comes to the business functions of the phone, but the Nokia E71 is rich with features that will provide full support for users in their daily business activity.

    Work can be done on the go with all the integrated tools in it like e-Mails, MS Word, PPT, Excel, PDF and Zip. Calendar includes all the relevant functions you will need to note down your busy schedule.

    Firstly, I must commend Nokia on their innovative business card reading function; it definitely made storing contacts a lot easier, albeit with a bit of tweaking as some information needed to be re-typed. The Symbian office suite, Quick Office, really allowed me to take my work with me when I travelled around and thus, saved me a lot of time and unnecessary effort of carrying a laptop around. I was even able to give a PowerPoint presentation to a client with my mobile phone. Ingenious! Also, the Calendar function let me schedule meetings very effectively, with my day’s schedule and appointments displayed right beside a monthly calendar for easy reference.
