    For a business phone to really empower its user, its e-mail software has to be well sorted out. Happily, Nokia did their work well in this area as initial configuration and the subsequent e-mail communication was intuitive. The QWERTY keypad and its configurable one-touch keys proved invaluable here.

    Without a doubt, the ability to receive and send e-mail on the go was the most enjoyable feature. Access to Gmail and Hotmail (Windows Live) accounts was easy, particularly via Wi-Fi. Importing contacts from my own cell phone was a breeze using the provided application, even across a humble IR link.
