The speed is fast, the interface is quite user-friendly and allows easy message access. The only issue is that the font size is generally small and makes reading documents like Word, Excel and PDF difficult. A larger screen size would be useful. I wouldn’t be editing Excel files though, as going through the cells is not so easy for a person who is too used to having a mouse on PC.

The e-mail was a breeze to use, with an easy setup process. It’s awesome to be able to check my e-mail even when I’m not at my desk and it makes working so much easier! This really rocked my experience, a highlight that really outshines other competitors.

This is probably the most useful feature available to a business-user of the Nokia E71. I was able to configure the e-mail client without too much of a hassle and was soon reading my office e-mails on the Nokia E71. I was able to check my mail while out-of-office and the QWERTY keypad made messaging on-the-go a lot more efficient that on a standard phone. However, for casual e-mail users like myself, I feel the 3G data charges incurred are probably not worth it.
