Taking photos was fast, unlike other phones which require lengthy processing times. Picture quality on the phone was good and I could not tell the difference between the pictures taken by an N95 and an N78 just by viewing it on the screen.

Even with the Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus and 3.2-megapixels, photos taken with the phone turned out a little disappointing as compared with other 3.2-megapixel camera handphones. The images produced were blur and noisy at times, even under good lighting conditions. Video captured similarly produced sub-par standards. However, the colour representation of the images and video captured are good and the slightly poorer image quality can be compensated with the numerous settings available for use.
