Enjoy the richness of MP3 and video entertainment through a large 2.6″ QVGA screen with 16 million colors, powerful 3D graphics, built-in surround stereo speakers and a standard 3.5mm earphone jack. Take full control with the animated interface and dedicated media keys that slide out when the display is converted to landscape mode for fullscreen viewing.

My only gripes were that the screen had to manually set back to the desired portrait orientation after using the multimedia carousel application. Also, since the speakers were positioned on the flanks of the phone, the stereo effect was not clear until the phone was twisted the right way up. Once one got used to this, however, the surround sound emitted from the player (at 192kbps) was clear, and if activated within an enclosed space (like a car), the N95 could actually qualify as a reasonable mini speaker system.

With stereo and surround effects, the sound quality of the N95 was good. Video centre was pretty good & friendly too.

Considering that many built-in phone speakers are generally on the weaker side, especially for frequencies on the lower register, sound quality of the N95 was surprisingly good. When paired with the bundled earphones and with tweaking of EQ, sound output was even better, making music and movies even more enjoyable on the LCD screen. (mp3, wav, rmvb…) Another exciting point about this phone is its TV-out capability – photos and videos taken with the phone can be viewed directly onto a television set with the provided video cable.
